You need to have the ability to honestly express your opinions without undue anxiety feelings, arrogancy, and rights, in a way that doesn't infringe on the rights of others. This is called assertiveness its aim is to be neither passive nor aggressive in interactions with other people. Use of inefficient communication skills may be seen as the Non-assertiveness, whereas assertiveness is considered a balanced response, being neither passive nor aggressive. (2011-2014, 2014)
you should be receiving language with focus and attention through the ears, identifying the sounds of speech and processing them into words and meaningful sentences this is called "Listening" is. Use your ears to receive individual sounds (letters, stress, rhythm and pauses) then convert these with the brain into messages that mean something. A good listening skill in business leads you into: better customer satisfaction, productivity, fewer mistakes, increased sharing of information.
